You can rest assured that your order will be processed promptly and delivered accordingly.
If the product you have ordered is out of stock and awaits to be replenished, your order will be recorded active in our database until the product is replenished. If this happens, we will contact you through email or phone to discuss of other alternatives. Should you wish to withdraw your order, we will refund to you through the same mode of payment you have utilized for your order. Otherwise, we will keep you updated of the estimated date we can send the product to you. In the event that your order is split into multiple shipments, we will charge the full amount of your original order when the first shipment is ready to ship. If a product is discontinued, we reserve the right to cancel order for that particular product and ship the remainder of your order.
Shipping Modes/Cut off Times for Singapore Orders
For local orders valuing above SGD$50, customers are entitled to free standard deliveries in which the products will be either delivered by Qxpress Standard Delivery or Ghim Soon Machinery staff . We will advise you accordingly.
For bulky deliveries such as sewing tables or industrial sewing machines, we will contact the customer directly and arrange delivery to be done within 14 days.
Delivery for sewing tables does not entails delivering up the stairs or multiple stories. Additional separate charges apply. Please kindly inform us when you order the product.
If you wish to request for orders to be delivered on specific days or time slots for either Qxpress Standard Delivery or Qourier Express Delivery specified below, please kindly contact us directly at +6588765598.
1. Postage/Normal Mailing (takes around 3 to 5 working days). We offer postage mailing for items totalling up to weight of 500 grams. We will not be responsible for lost postage mails. We may either send pictures of your ordered items/address via email (for Guests) or whatsapp to your handphone number (for Members) before shipping. Once the postage mails are sent via Singpost, Ghim Soon Machinery Pte Ltd will not be responsible for the package. As postage mails are not trackable, we highly recommend customers to choose other reliable modes of shipping. Postage mailing will only be processed from Monday to Thursday (provided are normal working days) only. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be processed on the Monday of the upcoming week provided it is a working day. Orders received during Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Qxpress Courier/Ninja Pack/Own Delivery Standard Delivery (takes around 3 working days) When order is received, we will arrange for collection of orders on the next following day. The courier will send package to customer on the 3rd day. After the package is collected by the courier, a tracking code will be provided to the customer via email in which the package can be tracked online or through contacting the courier by phone. Prices start from around SGD$4.50. Standard Deliveries will only be processed on working days from Monday to Thursday only. If the day of collection by Qxpress falls on a Public Holiday, we will arrange for pickup by Qxpress on the next working day. Latest time to place orders will be 1600 hours. Orders received beyond 1600 hours will be processed on the next working day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day. There will not be any collections or deliveries to be made on Sunday and Public Holidays. If you are unsure of the arrangement, please contact us separately before submitting your order. There is no insurance covered for deliveries made by Qxpress.

For International Orders over SGD$399, customers will be offered savings of SGD$20 off their final bill at checkout automatically.
Unless specified, all international orders will be delivered by FedEx Express Delivery. FedEx offers 2 types of deliveries:
1. FedEx International Economy (usually takes around 5-10 working Days)
2. FedEx International Priority (usually takes around 3-5 working Days)
As of 2020, due to Covid situation, there might be shipping delays which result in the shipping days to be lengthened. In addition, FedEx International Economy is not applicable during this period. Kindly consider this before you made a purchase here. Should you require other shipping methods such as Qxpress or Ninja Van, kindly contact us separately to arrange other shipping methods. Ghim Soon Machinery Pte Ltd has been exporting products overseas for more than 30 years and has been offered very attractive rate packages. We have decided to pass the savings to our esteemed customers. If you compare both types of shipping choices’ rates offered in our website to FedEx’s published rates, you will realise that ours will be relatively more affordable.
For products which are in stock, we will normally ship within 1-2 working days. For products which are out of stock or discontinued, we will inform you separately. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day. We will send you an email containing your FedEx tracking number upon shipment. Once an order has been shipped, you cannot make any changes or cancel the order.
For very bulky items such as sewing tables (weighing around 100kg and above) and industrial sewing machines, you may wish to choose to opt to ship via freight forwarding or sea shipping options. You can either contact or email us to discuss other alternatives of your choice to ship your products. Be aware that delivery driver is not responsible for bringing the product to your home. They are responsible for delivering the product to your address and move the cargo to the end of the truck. They may or may not take it off the truck for you. You will need to have appropriate equipment or assistance to move it into your property. Once we have handed over the cargo in good condition to the appointed shipping company, we will not be responsible for any damages which happened along the way from our premises to your property. Thus, it is highly recommended that the customer choose a reliable and trustable shipping method to ship when they purchased bulky items from us.
Due to fraud concerns, we reserve the right to cancel any order in which the billing country is different from the shipping country. As customers of our business, you are responsible for all customs fees, duties and taxes charged by your country of residence.
